Like, it's not good at all. He makes points, then doesnt talk about them. He says "currently officers don't spend time with marijuana, but once legal they will have to regulate who is using and who is not". Right. I don't even know where to start with this. and the ending line is the kicker. "Our opposition to legalizing marijuana is grounded not in ideology but in facts and experience." Absolute lies and bullshit.
